Privacy notice
OmniLore is designed for identified members, separated workspaces, permissioned tools, and explicit connections. This notice explains the practical data boundary for the controlled beta.
Information OmniLore handles
- Account and membership records needed to authenticate and authorize a member.
- Conversations, files, repository content, prompts, outputs, and other content a member submits.
- Connection metadata and content requested from an external service the member chooses to connect.
- Security, audit, diagnostic, and support records needed to operate and protect the service.
Why it is used
Information is used to provide requested features, keep work associated with the correct member, enforce permissions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, recover service, and meet legal obligations. OmniLore does not claim to sell member personal information or use private workspace content for public advertising.
People and providers
Authorized administrators may access data for support, security, recovery, or lawful obligations. A connected model or service receives the information needed for the request made through that provider and applies its own terms. A connection is not a promise that all processing stays on one device.
Retention and deletion
Account, Chat, mail, repository, and workspace information ordinarily remains while the account or service is active, unless deleted earlier. Some transcription and video job results have shorter product-specific windows. Backups and audit records follow operational rotation. The beta does not yet promise one universal retention period for every data class.
Your choices
Members can avoid optional connectors, remove content where the product offers deletion, and ask about access, correction, export, or deletion. Some records may be retained for security, recovery, legal, or agreement requirements.
